HALONG BAY – NINH BINH – CUC PHUONG NATIONAL PARK – PU LUONG NATURE RESERVE

Wake up early and kick off your second day on the royal cruise with Taichi exercise.

After breakfast, we will move to Day Cruise for Bai Tu Long exploration. Free time relaxing and taking in beautiful landscape surrounding.

Enjoy kayaking at Cong Do area, which is one of the most beautiful area on Bai Tu Long Bay.

Back to the main boat for lunch. You will have more time for kayaking and chilling out around magnificent karst mountains after lunch.

Enjoying a refreshing drink on board while catching the stunning sunset, which is probably the most romantic time of your day on Cruise.

You will be served dinner on the sundeck after your cooking class - where you will be taught how to make Deep Fried Spring Rolls. After dinner, it’s your free time to relax on boat, and enjoy the nightfall vibe on La Regina.

Many entertaining activities on boat including: Squid Fishing, singing karaoke on sundeck, 

Wake up early and kick off your last day on the royal cruise with Taichi exercise.

After having breakfast, we will start our exploration today by visiting Thien Canh Son Cave, which is famous for its rare natural beauty, pristine limestone and majestic surround landscape. Highly recommend wearing sport shoes for 100-stone-step hiking and bringing your camera!

Brunch will be served as you return to the main boat. As disembarking at the harbor, you will be transferred to Ninh Binh.

Start our Ninh Binh city tour with a visit to Bai Dinh Pagoda, which is considered as the largest pagoda in Southeast Asia along with its unique architecture and significant spiritual values.

Have dinner and overnight at Bai Dinh Hotel, where you can listen to the pagoda bells and the teaching of Buddhist religion about human morality while staying here.

Begin discovering the legend of Ninh Binh with the stunning cave system in Trang An Scenic Landscapes, rowing boat trip along charming limestone mountains and observing sightseeing surrounding.

Enjoy lunch with local specialties at Dai Trang An restaurant.

We will then venture to Hoa Lu Ancient Captial, where you will be lost in the wonderful beauty that the nature has bestowed upon this sacred land; simultaneously, admire the ruins of Hoa Lu Ancient.

Arrive at Mua Cave – the cave which brings you one of the best panoramic view of the nicest sceneries in Ninh Binh. Although it may make you tired because of high steps, it becomes more interesting if you climb slowly and on the way you can capture some wonderful snapshots.

Overnight and relax at Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh.

After breakfast, we will drive you to Van Long Lagoon, which is home thousands of rare fauna and flora species. On bamboo boat floating all over the lagoon area, you will be taken into the tranquil scenery and watch the stork wings flying on Eleocharis.

Wrap up your journey in Ninh Binh and transfer to Cuc Phuong National Park. We will reach Cuc Phuong in time for lunch with authentic Vietnamese cuisines at Cuc Phuong restaurant.

After lunch, we will visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Center, which is a noncommercial organization committed to rescue and protect the endangered habitat.  

The Cave of Prehistoric Man is the site of the one earliest discoveries of human habitation in Vietnam which revealed human graves, stone axes, tools for grinding and sorts of ancient human evidences dating back 7500 years.

Take a short trek through Cuc Phuong National Park and learn more about the diversity fauna and flora. Explore the beauty of nature by visiting the dense jungle, green grass valley, you can also witness the giant ancient trees and biodiversity ecosystem.

Have dinner and overnight at Cuc Phuong Resort.

Set off to May Waterfall, which is a truly amazing and magnificent spot for nature lovers and couples. You will have opportunities to admire its deep blue water and hear the sound of falling water from the top.

Arrive at Pu Luong Retreat in time for delicious lunch, followed by free time to explore the beautiful retreat, with its captivating panoramic views and tranquil setting.

You will be transferred to a suspension bridge over the Cham River, where you begin your walk-in search of stunning water wheels. Get up close to each wheel and discover how water is moved from river to handmade bamboo aqueducts via simple constructions of all sizes.

Arriving at a local fisherman’s house, you have a short rest to gear up for the bamboo river rafting. Float along the calm river and enjoy the views, in between learning how to paddle and steer your handcrafted rafts.

Back to Pu Luong Retreat for dinner.

Take a common and easy walk around the most beautiful valley of rice terraces in front of the Retreat.

We start to descend into the beautiful valley facing the Retreat where you walk around tumbling rice terraces. Walk through small paths shrouded in vegetation to slowly reveal a picturesque Uoi village sitting at the base of a towering mountain.   

Continue walk down hill to Uoi village then on to Lan village. We will visit a local family where we can learn about their traditional brocade weaving. Walk through the rice paddies again to get back to the main road to the car pick-up point.

Transfer you back to Pu Luong Retreat for lunch. Wrap up your journey in Pu Luong and return to Hanoi.
