Itinerary
Depart from Saigon, we will transfer you to Tram Chim National Park.
You will visit the exhibition of many kinds of rare birds initially. Along with a tour guide, you will be able to enjoy a ride around the Park on Tac Rang - popular means of transportation in the Southwestern provinces, especially in the flood season
Here you will have a fortune to witness 198 bird species, including 16 rare ones such as red-headed cranes, black eagles, black-faced spoonbills, … It is highly recommended to visit Tram Chim National Park in the early morning and late afternoon, when the most birds are active.
You will have lunch with authentic local dishes right on boat as well as observe the green sightseeing and hearing the birds piping blast from every corner.
Check in and have dinner at Hoa An Village Homestay Cao Lanh.
Situated by the bank of annually windy Tien River, Sa Dec Flower Village is the homeland of hundreds “uncanny flowers and strange herbs”. You will also have chance to contemplate the wonderful beauty of Cha La – a new kind of ornamental tree and try the fresh and yellow fruit bunches.
Don’t skip Kien An Cung Pagoda of Huynh Thuy Le’s family which is related to the French novel “L’amant” (The Lover) by Marguerite Duras. The pagoda sets up altars to celebrate requiems for the dead souls and pray for the peace of the country.
Huynh Thuy Le’s Old House is very famous for not only its architecture combined between Oriental and Western features but also its relation to the true love story between the French young lady who later became the writer Marguerite Duras and the Vietnamese young man who was the house owner named Huynh Thuy Le.
Enjoy lunch with authentic local cuisines in Sa Dec before returning to HCMC.
