Itinerary
span>Depart from your hotel in Hanoi, we will heading toward Mai Chau - only 3 hours by car from Hanoi. We will reach Poom Coong Village in time for lunch followed by free time to take a short rest.
span>Check in Mai Chau Ecolodge, which is located right at the heart of Mai Chau valley within walking distance to Lac and Pom Coong villages, embodies the local stilt house style and traditional Thai ethnic culture.
span>Take a leisure walk to tribal villages around the Lodge, encounter working farmers and daily routine of rustic local people. Witness plain women are weaving meticulous carved items and get a deeper sight into unique culture of Thai ethnic community.
span>Taste quintessential cuisine of Thai ethnic people for dinner before returning to the Lodge.
Welcome a new day in Mai Chau by driving to Xa Linh Village after breakfast.
Set off on a fascinating trek on the village’s road to Tra Day Village, which is home to a small group of Black H’mong ethnic people. Get into the natural rhythm of local life and learn their traditional craft: drawing pattern on fabric by beeswax and doing weaving.
Have lunch with the local before soaking up the captivating mountainous and valley scenery surrounded by fluffy clouds as well as admiring beautiful blooming flowers all year round thanks to cool climate.
Back to the Lodge and relax at your own pace.
